TRAINING METHODOLOGY
It takes insight, experience, dedication, and discipline to design and develop a successful training program.
Full Focus Consulting works to understand each client's needs and then develops a customized training plan that gives a clear picture of what skills are needed to meet those requirements.
We have developed a training methodology, Instructional Design Cycle, which insures that training programs and materials are developed in an effective and efficient manner. This approach helps us to identify and determine the who, what, when, where, why, and how of training.
Phases of the Instructional Design Cycle:
- Analysis. Determine what results are needed from the employees, if employees are accomplishing those results, and identify the training needed to accomplish those results.
- Analyze the organization to gain a complete understanding
- Compile a task inventory of all tasks associatd with each job
- Select the tasks which need training
- Build performance measures
